今回もScottish Dance Free Lesson -Introductionのご案内です。
すでに終了したスケジュールもありますが、寒くなってきて体を動かしたいと思われる方、ぜひトライしてみてはいかがでしょうか。

We are trying something new. There is a new beginners class that
started last Friday.

Free!!!
Each night will feature 4 formations and 1 dance in a 30 minutes
class. Start time is 7:30.  At 8:00 we will begin by walking the dance
the newbees have just learned.

Anyone attending may leave or stay to watch the regular 2 hour class
which follows. Here's what will be taught:

nov 7 - casting off, down the middle and up, figure of 8, four hands across
nov 14 - advance and retire, back to back, four hands around, slip step
nov 21 - promenade, allemande, strathspey travel, strathspey set
dec 5 - rights and lefts, grand chain, corners, skip change
dec 12 - reels of three, turn corner-partner-corner-partner, pas de
basque, review
